Protective measure - automatic disconnection of suply

The aim of this thesis is to explain the principle of automatic disconnection of supply, which is one of the basic protective measures for security assurance in electric installations of low voltage according to the new issue of Czech Technical Standard (ČSN 33 2000-4-41 ed. 2). Furthermore, the relevant clauses of the Czech Technical Standard in the new and previous issues are compared, with focus on the problem of automatic disconnection of supply in basic types of distribution networks. In agreement with theoretical conclusions, a project of electric energy supply system is proposed in the practical part of the thesis. Special attention is paid to showing the methods of modeling and verification of conditions for automatic disconnection of supply, with using control calculations in the SICHR program. Finally, the fulfillment of the conditions for automatic disconnection of supply is verified by revising the electrical supply system.
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the perception of migration to the Czech Republic

The thesis is dealing with investigating the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic on the perception of migration to the Czech Republic through the lens of theory of securitization. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic meant a worldwide milestone in the development of all areas of ordinary, day-to-day life. All these areas were suspended with immediate effect in order to stop the spread of the virus, and migration was no exception in this scenario. After declaring the state of emergency in the Czech Republic due to health hazards in connection to the spread of the novel coronavirus in March 2020, foreigners were subsequently banned from entering the country, and all migration processes were suspended indefinitely. The project operates with a hypothesis that migration in the Czech Republic has been securitized through the implemented restrictions, goal of which was to limit the spread of the infection in the name of protection of public health. Administrative penalties for administrative delicts and protective treatment measures

1 Abstract - Administrative penalties and protection measures Description of all administrative penalties and protection measures is the primary goal of this thesis. Due to wide extent of chosen subject, this work aims to individual categories of administrative penalties and protection measures, examines every single condition for its imposition a notices possible contradiction within legislation. The thesis does not include the criteria for imposing penalties, noticed set from section 37 till section 44 Contraventions Act which serve as instruments for determination and length of penalties. Concurrence of contraventions is also not included. In the opening chapter the definition and description of an administrative liability is described as well as basic issues of administrative penalization, considered to be a part of administrative authority's activity. The resemblance of principles of criminal and contravention law is described, that leads to using the same principles either in criminal and contravention law. There's explored what basic sources of administrative penalization are. Each of following chapters describes one of the penalties set in section 35 Contravention Act. The position of security detention in the system of criminal sanctions

The dissertation thesis The position of security detention in the system of criminal sanctions has a theoretical character with the aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the development, implementation and the up to date application of security detention. In connection with the study and factual analysis of the issue, the thesis was divided in several chapters. The content and meaning of some basic terms is defined in the first chapter. The second chapter reflects the development of security detention from the perspective of a broader legal comparison and the legislative process of the Act on Security detention execution. The chapter is focuses on pointing out the complexity and pitfalls of security detention development. The third chapter is devoted to the legal regulation of security detention in the current legal system and is divided into subchapters to interpret the individual legal regulations. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the personality of the offender and basic criminal liability. The fifth chapter is designed to point out the category of offenders from a medical perspective. Chapter six then deals with the application of security detention itself and the constitution in the Czech Republic describing the quality of life of inmates. The last chapter of the thesis focuses on the post-detention care itself. The interpretative analysis of primary and secondary sources showed that security detention is an inevitable part of protective measures in terms of increasing the usability of this measure and simultaneously fulfilling the capacity of security detention institutes in the Czech Republic.
The institute of preventive detention: comission, goals and limitations of the new preventive measure

The institute of preventive detention is a new protective measure in our penal law. The theme of this thesis is an analysis of the comission and goals of the new protective measure and focusing on a comparation of theoretical and practical function of this protective measure. The folowing chapters provide the characterization of the preventive detention and its legal framework in the Czech republic. The component part of the thesis is also a description of the preventive detention in a legal framework of other state, concretely Slovakia. At the end of the work there are explicated knowledges obtained during the visit of the Institute for preventive detention Brno. In this chapter not only functional equipment is described but also the compositon of the inmates and employees and their most important competencies. Programms, by which are the medical goals fullfiled are described at the end of the thesis.

Juvenile Delinquency in České Budějovice compared with Juvenile Delinquency in the Surrounding Communities

The aim of the work is to determine the current status of juvenile delinquency in the district of České Budějovice. For the process of this work is used the method of secondary data analysis. As resources are utilized statistical data obtained from the South Bohemian branch of the Czech Statistical Office and Crime statistics of Police Administration in the South Region. All resources relate to year 2009. In the work are compared values ??of juvenile delinquency in the city České Budějovice with the values in communities around the České Budějovice.
